1. China Drying Network China Mobile 3537 company Xishuangbanna Baolianhua relocated 45,000 tons of natural rubber processing line into production. According to an announcement issued by the Jihua Group on October 21st, 2011, the project has a total investment of more than 170 million yuan. The designed production capacity is an annual output of 45,000 tons of natural rubber, including 25,000 tons of compound rubber and 20,000 tons of standard rubber. After the project is put into production, it is expected to realize an annual sales income of 1.5 billion yuan. 3537's own natural rubber processing capacity will increase from the original 50,000 tons to 100,000 tons.

2. Recently, Luoyang Chaotuo Industry Co., Ltd. has started production of an annual output of 3,300 tons of highly wearable elastomers (wear-resistant rubber) equipment and finished product lines. The production line is the first in Henan Province, and the production scale is currently the largest in the country.

The product of this project is a high-tech, high-value-added, low-carbon and high-efficiency environmental protection and energy-saving product that can replace imported products and achieve world-class quality. After the project is completed and put into production, it can realize an annual output value of 250 million yuan. It can save more than 10,000 tons of steel resources annually and reduce the emission of 25,000 tons of high-quality coal.

3. The giant engineering radial tire production line planned and constructed by Fujian Hai'an Rubber Co., Ltd. will be completed in Putian City by the end of this year. The production line plans to use 415 acres of land, with a design annual production scale of 2,550, an annual output value of over 600 million yuan, and a profit tax of more than 200 million yuan. After completion, the production line will produce the first world-class giant tires, with a diameter of 3.46 meters and a load of 190 tons.

With the development of extractive industries, the demand for tires in China is increasing. It is difficult to produce giant radial tires. It has always depended on imports. Bridgestone, Michelin, Goodyear and other large tire companies have not yet been able to meet market demand.

Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd. and Beijing Rubber Industry Design and Research Institute have signed a giant engineering radial tire technical cooperation project and a giant engineering radial tire building machine contract. The new technology will enable the old tire resources to be reused, turning the old tires into treasure. After refurbishing the giant radial tires, the mileage can reach 60% to 80% of the imported brand tires.
